Identify the Best Target Companies

  • Work with client to develop specific criteria and priorities for the market research. 
  • Research the industry and compile a list of companies that best fit the client's acquisition criteria out of the over 150,000 possible candidates
  • Prepare and deliver a report identifying and evaluating  the most attractive acquisition targets  under clients criteria

Contact Owners, Conduct Negotiations and Close the Deal

  • Contact the CEOs or owners of the target companies for initial discussions 
  • Introduce client to qualified parties that have a serious interest in discussion
  • Provide the client a broad range of target analyses including financial assessment, valuation, contract status, industry reputation, and operations
  • Assist client with negotiations, closing and merger after the deal is closed
